Who sells Pagewright

Pagewright is sold by Code Pencil S.R.L.S., Viale del Popolo 61/1, 45010 Rosolina (RO), Italy. VAT and tax code IT01696070299, registered with the Registro delle imprese di Venezia Rovigo, REA RO-472917, share capital €3,000.00 fully paid. The service

Pagewright turns ClickUp lists, tasks and form responses into branded PDF documents. It works through ClickUp's public API and is not made, endorsed or supported by ClickUp. It is sold to businesses and professionals for use in their work, not to consumers.

Plans and prices

Each ClickUp workspace has its own plan. Prices are per workspace per month, in euros, before VAT:

• Free: €0 a month, 20 documents a month.
• Pro: €19 a month, 300 documents a month.
• Team: €49 a month, 1,500 documents a month.
• Agency: €119 a month, 6,000 documents a month.

A document counts when Pagewright makes it, whether you asked for it or a status rule did. Allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month and do not carry over. When a workspace has used its allowance, Pagewright stops making documents for that workspace until the next calendar month or an upgrade.

Features marked "soon" on the pricing page are not part of a plan until they are released.

Launch offer

Subscriptions started by 31 December 2026 (Rome time) get 80% off their plan's price for their first 12 monthly payments. After those 12 payments the plan's full price applies. The discount stays with the subscription when you switch to another paid plan, ends if you cancel, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and renew each month until you cancel. VAT is added where it applies. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days; if it still fails, the subscription ends and the workspace moves to the Free plan.

Changing plan and cancelling

Change plan or cancel at any time under Manage billing in the dashboard. An upgrade starts at once, with the difference for the rest of the month charged pro rata. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for; the workspace then moves to the Free plan.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded for part of a month, except where the law requires it. If Pagewright did not work for you because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will put it right or refund that month.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Pagewright running and to fix faults quickly, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, and ClickUp's own availability and limits are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Pagewright in the 12 months before it.

Changes and law

We will email you at least 30 days before a change to these terms or a price increase applies to your subscription; you can cancel before it does. These terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Rovigo, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
