Who we are

Pagewright is a service by Code Pencil [legal entity, address]. For privacy questions write to [privacy email].

What we collect

• Beta waitlist: your email, and optionally your role and the document you want to automate. We use it only to contact you about the Pagewright beta.
• ClickUp account: when you connect ClickUp we store your ClickUp user ID, name, email, the workspaces you authorise, and an access token, encrypted at rest.
• Document data: to make a document we read the ClickUp task, list or view you choose, at that moment. We do not keep a copy of your ClickUp data beyond the generated file.
• Generated files: stored in EU object storage for 30 days so download links work, then deleted. Copies attached to ClickUp tasks stay in ClickUp.
• Brand settings: the logo address, colours, font and footer text you enter.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
• We do not use your ClickUp content to train AI models.
• The Chrome extension reads only the address of the ClickUp page you are on, and only when you open its panel.

Processors

Pagewright runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage, PDF rendering). [Add the payment provider and email provider once chosen.]

Legal basis and your rights

We process waitlist data with your consent and account data to provide the service you signed up for. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time, and withdraw consent by replying to any email. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Retention

Waitlist entries are kept until the beta ends or you ask us to delete them. Account data is deleted within 30 days of closing your account. Generated files are deleted after 30 days.
